<h2>Job Description</h2>We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead full-stack development efforts for the Tasks and Approvals capabilities in Zendesk’s next-generation IT Asset Management (ITAM) product. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead of a cross-functional team responsible for extending Zendesk’s core Tasks and Approvals platform to meet the specific needs of IT asset workflows.This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how enterprises track, manage, and govern their IT assets through structured workflows and auditable approval processes. You’ll collaborate closely with other domain teams and platform owners to extend core functionality into a unified experience for ITAM users.Location Requirement: This is a hybrid role. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
