Job Description
Zendesk is all in on partners, and we are looking for a Partner Marketing Programs Manager to help us further scale global initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scaled partner marketing and engagement motions to drive demand generation programs, deliver key partner communications, and accelerate revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams to build and manage scalable programs that align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact. What youll be doing
Own to-partner communications, ensuring messages are consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand and business objectives. Use data to report on outcomes and advise stakeholders on opportunities to optimize engagement.
Assist in the development and execution of scaled global partner demand generation assets. This includes various sales and marketing resources, such as pitch decks, data sheets, campaigns, etc.
Provide end-to-end planning and execution of virtual global partner engagement events, including Partner Briefings, Partner Kick Off and co-hosted partner webinars.
Provide programmatic and operational support for the global Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program, including requests, cancellations, payments, approvals, program deadlines, identifying budget risks, and reporting.
Own and maintain Partner Marketing assets in the Zendesk Partner Portal.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Partner Sales, Partner Programs, Partner Ops, Finance, Procurement, and the broader Marketing organization to drive awareness of Partner resources and needs.

Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
Skilled program manager with a self-starter mentality to create and manage initiatives end-to-end.
Adept at building and nurturing relationships to build trust and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in CRM systems, lead management, and reporting tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Passionate about partners and skilled in helping them grow their business through marketing.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$162,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.The intelligent heart of customer experience
