This role will be responsible for building and managing the operational excellence of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring compliance, efficiency and scalability. This role will also lead the data and analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize the hiring process. This role will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and partner with the TA leadership team and key stakeholders across the organization. </div><div>What You’ll Do:  </div><div><ul><li>Develop and optimize Talent Acquisition operations strategies, policies, and processes including the change management solutions to support global business objectives and growth plans. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the Talent Acquisition technology stack, including the Workday ATS, ensuring optimal functionality, user adoption, data integrity and compliance. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Design and deliver Talent Acquisition dashboards, reports and analytics, leveraging data to measure performance, identify trends, evaluate effectiveness and provide actionable insights. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor and contribute to the contractor recruitment process, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Manage all TA vendor relationships. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement across TA systems, hiring processes, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead and execute Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives, such as candidate experience, global processes, referral program, onboarding partnership, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead and coordinate cross-functional Zelis projects, driving alignment across teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives, while managing scope, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Oversee the Talent Acquisition compliance and audit activities, ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations, policies and best practices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, such as HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, vendors, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Research and benchmark Talent Acquisition best practices, trends and innovations, and recommend solutions to enhance the function. </li></ul></div><div>About You </div><div><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, with at least 3 years in Talent Acquisition Operations, or transferable field. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge and experience with Workday ATS, or similar system, and other Talent Acquisition technologies and tools (e.g. Candidate Relationship Management, Assessments, Interview Scheduling, etc.) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Expertise in Talent Acquisition data and analytics, with the ability to create dashboards, reports and presentations using various platforms and tools. </li><li>A strong interest in artificial intelligence and a passion for exploring how AI can be leveraged to enhance recruiting strategies, streamline processes, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven track record of building and managing Talent Acquisition operations, processes and programs in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and across multiple locations and time zones. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute and deliver results. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>High attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with a continuous improvement mindset. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Passion for Talent Acquisition and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with team members supporting Talent Acquisition processes in India. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.</div></div>Base Salary Range$127,000.00 - $169,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
