This role will focus on enhancing CRM workflows, driving automation, and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business goals across sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce platform management (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.What You’ll Do:<div><ul><li>Own and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and stakeholder needs for the Sales and Marketing teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead discovery and intake processes for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and new feature requests. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party vendors to deliver high-impact solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive adoption of Salesforce features through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor platform performance and usage metrics to inform continuous improvement. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and best practices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to optimize lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting workflows. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support governance efforts including SLA definitions, lifecycle stage mapping, and queue management. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Champion automation and agentic workflows to reduce manual effort and improve data quality. </li></ul></div>What You’ll Bring to Zelis:<div><div><ul><li>5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Marketing Cloud; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence preferred. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of CRM workflows, data models, and integration strategies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with agile methodologies and writing user stories. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant) a plus. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation platforms (e.g., Appfire, JPD, HubSpot) is a plus. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Pragmatic Marketing certifications a plus. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strategic thinker with a “product mindset” focused on solving business problems through technology. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Passionate about improving user experience and operational efficiency through Salesforce innovation. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.</div></div>Base Salary Range$115,000.00 - $153,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
