This role plays a critical part in enabling high-performance, data-driven marketing across multiple outbound channels including email, SMS, direct mail, and phone campaigns. You’ll support end-to-end platform operations, vendor integrations, and campaign enablement with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll be part of a growing Marketing Operations team responsible for building the infrastructure that powers engagement with millions of members. This is a hands-on, tech-facing individual contributor role ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to improve marketing effectiveness through smarter systems and automation.What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Support day-to-day platform operations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) and related tools.</li><li>Assist in evaluating and integrating new martech vendors and platforms to expand outreach capabilities (e.g., SMS, phone, direct mail).</li><li>Collaborate with campaign owners, analytics, and CRM teams to align system workflows and data flows across platforms.</li><li>Help manage platform documentation, technical requirements gathering, and implementation roadmaps for new tools or capabilities.</li><li>Conduct QA and campaign-level diagnostics to ensure data accuracy, deliverability, and performance tracking integrity (e.g., UTM standards).</li><li>Support campaign execution by advising on platform setup, segmentation logic, automations, and scheduling across outbound channels.</li><li>Assist with vendor onboarding, platform migrations, and integration testing in partnership with Marketing Operations leadership.</li><li>Maintain process documentation and propose improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.</li></ul>What You BringRequired Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or campaign production roles.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.</li><li>Understanding of outbound campaign workflows: email, SMS, phone, and direct mail channels.</li><li>Strong skills in process documentation, vendor management, and platform support.</li><li>Solid understanding of campaign execution best practices, marketing automation, and performance tagging (e.g., UTM parameters).</li><li>Highly organized, with a problem-solving mindset and interest in continuous optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with vendor selection, RFPs, or platform integration projects.</li><li>Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar project trackers.</li><li>Knowledge of basic SQL, HTML, or AMPscript a plus.</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or B2B2C marketing environments.</li></ul><ul></ul><div><div>Please note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future.Location and Workplace FlexibilityWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. In-office work and activities, if applicable, vary based on the work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.</div></div>Base Salary Range$59,000.00 - $79,000.00At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.Zelis’ full-time associates are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
