We are seeking a Test Engineer, I to join our team. You will co-develop test solutions and applications along with senior level engineers involving hardware and software development. Primary role is to help develop and support automated test solutions through use of latest tools and technologies. This role requires interfacing closely with senior level test engineers, design teams and other resources.
Must be able to work in our Holtsville, NY location five days a week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Test development along with some equipment design functional testing of electronic devices and opto-mechanical electronic products. Such products include specialty printers, mobile computers, laser & imaging scanning products.
- Document test solutions, drawings, schematics and specifications as per departmental practices.
- Support product testing during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase as well as sustaining support.
- Under supervision makes changes to or upgrades existing systems. Enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions seeking new tools to analyze and solve problems.
- Be able to exchange ideas and articulate designs for test systems with peers and others in solution architecture.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering( Electrical, Electromechanical , Engineering & Applied Physics) or related field.
- Test validation and quality experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge with some experience in Python, LabVIEW, C++
- Experience with 3D CAD software( PTC CREO)
- Basic understanding to perform Technical analysis with problem-solving capability associated with the manufacturing or functionality of electronic systems
- Self-Starter
- Good communication skills: written and verbal communication skills
***Role is required to be onsite in Holtsville, NY office.

Salary: USD 59800.00 - USD 89800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
