This role involves developing strong relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and optimize supply chain processes.</span></p><p> </p><br /><b>Responsibilities:</b><br /><ol><li><strong>Account Relationship Management:</strong><ol><li>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, partners and/or customers.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for escalations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with distributors, partners and/or customers to review performance and identify opportunities for improvement.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Supply Chain Coordination:</strong><ol><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, suppliers, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Monitor supply chain activities and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products and services.</li><li>Identify and address potential disruptions in the supply chain to maintain customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and present account performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong><ol><li>Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the supply chain.</li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p></li></ol></li></ol><br /><b>Qualifications:</b><br /><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, or related discipline.</li><li>8+ years of supply chain planning or related experience</li><li>Strong breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic &amp; Tactical) and Manufacturing</li><li>Strong analytical skills required relative to data mining and process development/improvement</li><li>Experience creating and maintain process</li><li>Ability to work hybrid in Linconshire, IL or Holtsville, NY</li><li>Ability to travel 25%</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual Spanish spreaking is a plus</li><li>International Supply chain experience is a plus</li><li>Contract Manufacturing experience is a plus</li><li>Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry is a plus</li><li>In-Depth Oracle experience</li></ul><p><span>Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
