About the Job:

The Lease Accounting Analyst plays a key role in managing CAM reconciliations across all Yum! Brands, driving impact through close collaboration with assigned brand teams. In this role, you will be actively involved in month-end lease accounting processes and will have the opportunity to work closely with Accounting Services, landlords, and vendors. The Lease Accounting Analyst reports to the Lease Accounting Manager.

Salary Range:

$58,700 – $60,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, well consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:

CAM Audits and Reconciliations
Impound adjustments
Office and Warehouse Admin
3^rd Party Sublease Recons
Daily reports and mail processing
Other general Landlord rent related issues for Master leases, Subleases and 3^rd party losses

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other Finance related are preferred.
1-3 years’ experience in lease accounting and reconciling accounts. General accounting experience is acceptable.
Strong systems and software aptitude (JD Edwards, Oracle and Reports Now helpful).
Strong analytical skills and immediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
