You are a QA expert, mentor, and developer who thrives and excels at delivering results at scale. Your primary role will be building testing tools, automation frameworks, and collaborating to identify areas suitable for automated testing. You will develop test framework features to enable developers and testers to author automated tests.</span></div><h3>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Building and maintaining robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks (e.g., for UI, API, and integration testing).</li><li>Converting existing manual test cases into automated test suites using tools such as PowerShell, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.</li><li>Performing manual, exploratory, and regression testing when appropriate.</li><li>Developing and executing API and backend tests using tools like Postman or REST Assured.</li><li>Contributing to and improving our CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Collaborating with software and hardware engineers, product managers, and other QA professionals to define test strategies and requirements.</li><li>Writing detailed test cases and scenarios using data-driven or behavior-driven (BDD) approaches.</li><li>Tracking, triaging, and reporting on bugs and test coverage metrics to improve overall system quality.</li><li>Helping to integrate automation in hardware/software systems, including USB interfaces, motion control, and embedded components.</li><li>Influence best practices for quality engineering, shift-left testing, and test automation adoption.</li></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Experience with both automated and manual testing.</li><li>5+ years experience of working in an SDET position.</li><li>BS or MS degree in Computer Science٫ Engineering or related area.</li><li>Significant experience working in/with software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools.</li><li>Significant experience automating test cases for a complex system.</li><li>Experience with automated testing tools.</li><li>Able to thoroughly define and concisely document bugs.</li><li>Significant experience with both white box and black box testing.</li><li>Experience testing a product encompassing both software and hardware components. </li><li>Able to document clear٫ concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.</li><li>The ability to work with and comprehend modern programming languages (e.g., C#, C++, and Python).</li></ul><h3>Bonus Skills:</h3><ul><li>Led or contributed to building a new test framework.</li><li>Optimizing CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Experience with USB interfaces, motion control, and embedded software.</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles.</li><li>Experience with authoring GUI test automation</li><li>Familiarity with code coverage analysis</li><li>Experience with reliability/stress testing</li></ul><div><span>#LI-Hybrid</span></div><div><span>#LI-AS1</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b><span>Our U.
