They will be embedded within our most strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams. TAMs will report into Operations but will work very closely with Sales to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Customer Integration: <ul> <li>Become a trusted advisor and technical expert for assigned enterprise accounts</li> <li>Weekly onsite visits at customer and partner locations, building relationships and understanding their needs</li> <li>Collaborate closely with customer engineers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to optimize projects for Xometrys platform</li> <li>Proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges</li> <li>Stay informed about upcoming customer projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with Xometrys capabilities</li> </ul> - Order Fulfillment and Quality: <ul> <li>As customer projects are awarded to Xometry, ensure orders are directed to the most qualified manufacturers within our network</li> <li>Conduct monthly on-site audits of manufacturing partners to ensure they meet Xometrys quality standards and customer specifications</li> <li>Manage projects to successful completion, overseeing production, and ensuring on-time delivery</li> <li>Handle critical communications, order changes, and escalations related to customer orders</li> <li>Monitor customer-specific dashboards to track order progress, delivery metrics, and quality performance</li> </ul> - Sales and Account Growth: <ul> <li>Partner with Enterprise Sales Executives to drive account growth and retention</li> <li>Identify opportunities for expanding Xometrys services within existing accounts</li> <li>Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process</li> <li>Gather customer insights and feedback to inform sales strategies</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field such Aerospace or Automotive Engineering, Product Design/Development, or Industrial Engineering is required</li> <li>7+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, and project management</li> <li>Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred</li> <li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles, particularly as they apply to CNC applications</li> <li>Experience in Injection Molding, CNC Machining, Tube Bending, Composites, or 3D printing is preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in modelling and drafting software such as Solidworks</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Ability to travel to customer and partner sites up to 50%, travel could be short notice and range from short day trips to multi-day drips</li> </ul> #LI-Remote<div>Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
