The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust pipeline, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting. Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach</li> <li>Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers within target companies</li> <li>Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients</li> <li>Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present our value proposition, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements</li> <li>Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with prospective clients</li> <li>Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system</li> <li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services</li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li> <li>4+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in outbound sales or new business development</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly</li> <li>Manufacturing background a plus</li> <li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet</li> <li>A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> #LI-Remote<div>Xometry is an equal opportunity employer.
