As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll craft elegant, scalable experiences that help marketers make confident decisions – without needing to micromanage every creative, campaign, or rule. We’re looking for a systems thinker who designs with delivery in mind: comfortable ideating in Figma, experienced in AI-assisted coding workflows, and driven to close the gap between design idea and live-in-production. You’ll join a growing UX team of product designers, researchers, and design engineers trusted to shape strategy and define how our autonomous marketing platform works, feels, and earns user trust. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Design and ship high-impact features across our platform – from core AI-driven workflows to onboarding, activation, and growth experiences that drive user adoption and time-to-value</li> <li>Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive clarity from ambiguity</li> <li>Design, prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI-assisted design and coding workflows</li> <li>Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable, high quality patterns for human/AI collaboration</li> <li>Present work to senior leadership with confidence and narrative clarity</li> <li>Advocate for inclusive design by ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards and work across devices and assistive technologies</li> <li>Mentor and collaborate with other team members to raise the bar on craft and systems thinking</li> </ul> What you have: <ul> <li>6+ years of relevant experience designing and shipping complex SaaS products</li> <li>Strong examples demonstrating strategic and systems thinking across a range of SaaS design projects</li> <li>Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools</li> <li>Strong systems thinking skills – your designs scale and adapt across user and system contexts</li> <li>Experience integrating user research and testing into design decisions</li> <li>Ability to thrive in ambiguity, turn complexity into clarity, and ship at velocity</li> <li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills – across functions and up to senior leadership</li> <li>A growth mindset around learning, improving, and working smarter without sacrificing quality</li> </ul> Level-ups: <ul> <li>Experience in MarTech, data-rich, or content-oriented SaaS platforms</li> <li>Experience leading SaaS onboarding and growth initiatives</li> <li>Working on agentic interfaces or multi-modal UX</li> </ul> Why Join Wunderkind UX? The base salary range for this role is $130,000-150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location.
