In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, planning, and execution of account-based experience (ABX) initiatives that directly impact pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the whole client lifecycle. As a skilled marketer within the team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver insight-driven, personalized campaigns for our Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB sales segments. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping targeted, personalized experiences that resonate with our priority accounts and move them through the buyer journey. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Strategy &amp; Planning:</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and execute strategic account-based marketing plans to drive engagement, accelerate opportunities, and influence revenue growth within the Enterprise, Mid-Market and SMB segments.</li> <li>Partner with sales leadership to identify priority accounts, decision makers and critical influencers, and craft hyper-relevant ABX programs aligned with business objectives.</li> </ul> <h3>Campaign Development &amp; Execution:</h3> <ul> <li>Design, launch, and manage personalized, multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, direct mail, events, and more.</li> <li>Leverage insights and intent data to create tailored experiences that move prospects through the pipeline.</li> <li>Ensure timely deployment of initiatives by managing budgets, timelines, processes, and internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3>Collaboration &amp; Enablement:</h3> <ul> <li>Act as a strategic partner to sales, providing relevant marketing insights, account intelligence, and enablement materials.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams—including demand generation, field marketing, content, and operations—to ensure seamless program execution.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with supporting and aligned teams such as Strategy Consulting and Product Marketing to secure brand affinity.</li> </ul> <h3>Measurement &amp; Optimization:</h3> <ul> <li>Monitor, track, and analyze the engagement and performance of ABX programs at the account and segment level.</li> <li>Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and make data-backed recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.</li> <li>As a Senior Manager, we expect you to show excellent stewardship of expenditure and leverage resources efficiently for high-impact.</li> </ul> Required Qualifications <ul> <li>5–7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing. Among these, at least 2 years specializing in ABX. We value expertise brought from demand generation, ABM, or field marketing too.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with ABM and marketing tools such as 6sense, Hubspot, Salesforce (SFDC), or similar platforms.</li> <li>Demonstrated success in launching targeted, personalized campaigns across multiple marketing channels.</li> </ul> Additional Qualifications <ul> <li>Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a growth-oriented approach.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience influencing stakeholders.</li> <li>Highly organized and detail-focused, with exceptional cross-functional project management skills.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> </ul> On the fence?
