We have raised $130M and are in a strong financial position.The opportunity - Workers Compensation Claims Specialist (Remote - USA) As a Workers Compensation Claims Specialist at Wrapbook, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and injured workers. You’ll guide them through the claims process, address inquiries, and review workers compensation applications and related customer requests. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Workers Compensation. What youll do: <ul><li>Provide compassionate, proactive support to injured workers, ensuring they understand their rights, benefits, and available resources</li><li>Act as a liaison between Wrapbook customers and the insurance carriers responsible for adjudicating workers compensation claims</li><li>Guide customers through the end-to-end claims process with clarity and empathy</li><li>Manage the Foreign Travel process and ensure related compliance requirements are met</li><li>Support the Workers’ Compensation underwriting team by reviewing submitted applications, assessing project risks, and requesting Certificates of Insurance in alignment with customer needs</li><li>Act as liaison between Wrapbook customers and insurance carriers/TPAs responsible for adjudicating claims</li><li>Input, review, and maintain accurate claim documentation and notes in Wrapbook’s systems</li><li>Stay current on workers compensation laws, regulations, and best practices</li><li>Apply Wrapbook’s internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claims handling</li><li>Contribute to Wrapbook’s mission of delivering white-glove service in the entertainment and production space</li></ul>What youll have: <ul><li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling workers compensation claims; entertainment industry experience a plus</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing environments</li><li>Ability to focus and work efficiently in environments with active digital and live conversation</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume setting</li><li>Basic Excel skills required</li><li>Experience with Salesforce is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with TPA Claims Management Systems is a plus</li></ul>Success in this role requires empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
