You will support the engineering teams to align with the secure software development lifecycle, report status to Leadership, and propose process improvements.  You will establish yourself as a specialist and help to solve ambiguous and complex questions.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Your contributions will span the entire development lifecycle, from conception to design, production and maintenance.  You will collaborate with the corporate security team, find a better solution to accelerate services or products development for the launch of Woven City in Japan and lay the foundation for global expansion.</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Support service developers in terms of cybersecurity, utilizing strong cybersecurity expertise</li><li>Lead process improvements, collaborating with the corporate security team</li><li>Create cybersecurity guidelines following corporate policy</li><li>Assist development and operations teams in developing secure architectures</li><li>Align strategic goals and efficiently manage projects, with liaison with multiple development and business teams</li></ul><h3>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Information Security, computer science or related field</li><li>5+ years of relevant engineering or operation experience</li><li>Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written both English and Japanese with members from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Flexibility and tenacity to deal with diverse decision-making mechanisms and logic.</li></ul><h3>NICE TO HAVES</h3><ul><li>Proven capability on cybersecurity domain (e.g. holding CISSP, GIAC or JP RISS)</li><li>Experience with internal policy or standard development.</li><li>Experience using JIRA and Confluence</li><li>Experience of software development with secure coding method</li><li>Agile/scrum work style</li><li>Communication skills, with a sense of urgency and the ability to take action to proceed projects effectively and efficiently.</li></ul><div>=========================================================================</div><div><b>Important Points</b></div><div><span>・All interviews will be arranged via Google Meet, unless otherwise stated.</span></div><div><span>・The same job descriptions are available in both English and Japanese; therefore, we kindly ask that you apply to only one version.</span></div><div><span>・We kindly request that you submit your resume in English, if possible.
