HRBPs are the primary interface between the business and HR, listening to, understanding, and addressing talent needs. We identify and apply existing solutions or create new solutions in partnership with relevant teams and global colleagues to enable the companys success.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</b></div><div>We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a high level of global and cultural agility to enable a global engineering organization to meet its goals of technical convergence, innovation, and execution. You have deep expertise in talent management, development, and employee engagement strategies and practices, and you deliver pragmatic solutions in a complex global organization. This role will support the Global Head of AD/ADAS and will report to the Global Head of HR Business Partners.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Partner with executives to plan and build a fast-growing and evolving organization. Provide leadership coaching and enable high-performing leadership teams</li><li>Provide talent solutions that support the organization’s goals to innovate and deliver breakthrough products</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity</li><li>Implement and enhance annual talent planning, performance assessment, and compensation processes for your coverage organization</li><li>Partner with HR Subject Matter experts in Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Management/Learning &amp; Development, Analytics, and HR Operations, and provide fit-for-purpose solutions </li><li>Support and rollout Talent Management and development initiatives such as Talent planning and review, mentoring and coaching programs, learning &amp; development programs, and talent mobility programs</li><li>Support and champion initiatives on company values and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected</li><li>Drive employee engagement efforts through the implementation of innovative programs and initiatives that enhance morale, motivation, and productivity. Understand organizational dynamics, coach managers on people-related issues, including communication, feedback, conflict management, and performance improvement. Advise and be a part of implementing organizational design and structure changes</li><li>Collaborate with Global HR team members, serving as a key link from your client to the rest of the organization. Collect, analyze, and leverage various types of employee data and metrics to guide programs for and measure the success of the employee experience</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives, contributing HR expertise and insights</li><li>Provide inspirational leadership with active listening, empathy, inclusivity, and modeling company values to maximize the performance of the teams and individuals.</li></ul><h3>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>Proven ability in collaborating with key stakeholders to solve complex people challenges and create pragmatic talent solutions to enable the organization to achieve its goals</li><li>Strong business partner expertise and communication skills to influence, collaborate, and build bridges with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.</li><li>Demonstrated success partnering with executives to shape organizational design, scale teams, and drive high-performance teams</li><li>Always learning, adapting, and engaging with evolving challenges and rapid changes</li><li>12+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in HRBP specifically </li><li>Proven expertise in performance management, talent planning, employee engagement, and leadership development.</li><li>Ability to flex communication style to be effective with different audiences and cultures</li><li>Ability to act as a strategic advisor &amp; partner to senior management, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, including leveraging HR COE expertise in support of their client </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with engineering and technology business priorities.</li><li>Track record in leading change management initiatives and supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth or transformation.</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>NICE TO HAVE</h3><ul><li>Experience working across cultures and time zones, demonstrating high cultural agility and adaptability.</li><li>Global HR experience in technology or related engineering-driven industries</li></ul><div>For positions based in Palo Alto, CA, the base pay for this position ranges from $140,000- $230,000 a year.</div><div><br /></div><div>Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. We offer a base salary, short term and long term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
