It is expected that the chosen candidate will fill this gap and bring the necessary expertise to the team.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The team operates with an agile approach, emphasizing speed and efficiency in driving project planning. We are seeking someone who can further accelerate the team’s progress and drive.</span></div><div><br /></div><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Develop a global business strategy by leveraging ongoing product development and Toyota’s BEV business strategy</li><li>Create and manage several global collaborative initiatives</li><li>Maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Spend 10-15% of your time in meetings to support global business development by understanding product goals and status</li><li>Allocate 5-10% of your time to administrative tasks</li></ul><h3>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher</li><li>Minimum of 7-10  years of practical experience in business development and  project management in the power industry</li><li>Experience in building business strategies and involving more than 10 peoples</li><li>Experience in collaboration with oversea companies and/or working for them</li><li>Strong business communication skills with stakeholders</li><li>Business-level proficiency in Japanese</li><li>Business-level proficiency in English, with an understanding of how to navigate cross-border collaboration</li></ul><h3>NICE TO HAVES</h3><ul><li>Industry knowledge and awareness of technological trends in aggregation business and “EV grid integration”</li><li>Insights into electric vehicles and charging infrastructure</li><li>Experience in business management or financial model creation for subsidiary companies or similar entities</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of work experience in large size companies in Japan</li></ul><div>=========================================================================</div><div><b>Important Points</b></div><div><span>・All interviews will be arranged via Google Meet, unless otherwise stated.</span></div><div><span>・The same job descriptions are available in both English and Japanese; therefore, we kindly ask that you apply to only one version.</span></div><div><span>・We kindly request that you submit your resume in English, if possible.
