In this role, you will support our Payroll product, assist US customers, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and contribute to developing new software features. A strong background in application development is essential for success in this position. Day in the Life <ul> <li>Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients</li> <li>Provide timely L3 technical support to clients within the US time zone</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance</li> <li>Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference</li> <li>Help in developing new software features</li> </ul> Who You Are <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major</li> <li>With 5+ years of working experience in application development</li> <li>Proficiency in at least one of the following NodeJS development frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS</li> <li>Proficiency in ReactJS</li> <li>Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD commitment to quality software development</li> <li>Experience with SQL databases.</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.</li> <li>With a strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns</li> <li>Keep up with the latest technological trends and continuously improve productivity</li> <li>Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Must be willing to work following the US time zone</li> <li>Must have a high-speed and stable primary and backup internet connection (at least 50 Mbps).
