You will serve as a technical liaison between our platform and our clients, responsible for designing and implementing custom integrations while providing superior customer support. This role combines strong development skills with exceptional client communication to ensure successful integration projects. The position directly impacts customer retention and satisfaction by managing multiple active integration projects simultaneously and turning complex technical requirements into functional solutions.
