Who are you?If you are a go-getting, quick learning, problem-solver with a love of selling products that customers need and providing excellent service to the customers you meet, come join our Fintech Account Team.We are looking for a Fintech Account Executive who will be responsible for Workiz’s financial services (payment processing, expense cards, loans, and financing) for our current and new customers. This position will own the sales cycle of all current and future fintech products and will lead customers in the onboarding and expansion journey of Workizs financial service products. You will be given a monthly sales quota and must be hungry to achieve and exceed these goals.  So, what will you be doing all day?<ul><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) will be responsible for selling Workizs embedded financial services products to the Workiz software customer base (both software prospects and existing customers). </li><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) must be a product expert in Workiz’s growing suite of financial services offerings.</li><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) will lead the consultative sales process to potential and existing customers, recommending and advising them on the Workiz Financial Services products that are best suited for them.</li><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) will reach out via phone, email campaigns, and scheduled meetings to customers to manage a pipeline of potential fintech sales deals.  </li><li>You will lead the fintech pre sales process end to end by be demonstrating the products, explaining their value, negotiating prices, and closing the sale</li><li>You will assist customers to onboard the Workiz financial services products and its related software configuration capabilities.</li><li>You will serve as a customer success escalation point to ensure maximum retention of fintech products across our customer base </li><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) will be a knowledge hub for other customer facing teams (account execs, software on borders and success managers) to support the client relationship and meet their financial services needs</li><li>The Account Executive (Fintech) will provide customer feedback to the product teams on customer enhancement requests.</li></ul>Ideally, we’re looking for<ul><li>2+ years experience in a sales or account management with a proven experience exceeding goals</li><li>Strong communication skills written/verbal; ability to establish rapport with customers at different levels, solely over email and via phone interactions</li><li>Ability to multitask - manage a large number of customers</li><li>Excellent creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments</li></ul> These would also be nice:<ul><li>Experience with Hubspot, SalesForce or other CRM software</li><li>Sales experience in Financial Services products </li><li>Experience working with SMBs</li></ul> Compensation and BenefitsMarket-level compensation based on experience $85K-93K On-Target Earnings. <ul><li>Workiz provides a comprehensive benefits package, featuring employee stock options, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage options, and up to a 4% match on 401k contributions. </li></ul>This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed, and Thurs in office and Mon and Fri working remote.Why Join Workiz?We focus on empowering our team members, valuing each as a long-term investment.
