The Product Marketing – MBA Intern will collaborate with the Product Marketing team to define product market positioning and messaging. You will perform competitive analysis, assist with go-to-market launch strategies, and track performance. This role is crucial for developing and executing marketing initiatives for Workivas products.What Youll Do<ul><li>Compile analyses and build financial models on customer trends and historical data to support product decision-making</li><li>Lead and execute ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven initiatives and strategic projects</li><li>Conduct performance analysis of existing products, including pricing, adoption, and usage trends</li><li>Contribute to quarterly planning by helping define forward-looking product strategies</li><li>Quantify and size markets, identifying competitors, key players, and market trends</li><li>Design creative analytics and visualizations to provide deeper performance insights for senior management</li><li>Perform go-to-market performance reviews, including win/loss analysis, to identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Develop templates, tools, and communications to drive consistency in GTM processes, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment</li><li>Identify gaps in GTM deliverables or needs and propose practical solutions</li><li>Support the creation and refinement of marketing collateral through research and content curation</li><li>Build strong working relationships with sales, pre-sales, product management, enablement, services, customer success, and cross-marketing teams</li></ul>What Youll Need Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Undergraduate degree in business or a related field preferred</li><li>Currently enrolled in a full-time or part-time MBA program or similar graduate or advanced degree program</li><li>Minimum of 2 years work experience in strategic marketing</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Possess proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire your teams</li><li>Exhibit a self-starter mindset to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction</li><li>Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and communicate product vision to your team, peers, and stakeholders</li><li>Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar applications</li><li>Possess working knowledge in marketing automation or project management type systems (e.g., Marketo, Highspot, JIRA, Monday.com, HubSpot, GitHub)</li><li>Be self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement</li><li>Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously under pressure</li><li>Experience in SaaS or a similar industry</li><li>Examples of owning and delivering a major project or program</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Minimal travel </li><li>Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Sponsorship Requirements<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future</li></ul> When can you expect to hear back?
