This newly created role is part of the global treasury operations - India, established to support all Treasury-related and cross-functional activities. Reporting to the Global Treasury Operations Director, the Treasury Manager will be responsible for the activities below. *This is an individual contributor role and does not manage a team.*About the RoleCash Management<ul><li>Manage international daily liquidity and intercompany funding</li><li>Perform daily cash positioning for all global entities</li><li>Review weekly funding request for A/P and Payroll</li><li>Analyze monthly funding requirements for all global entities and make recommendation for funding needs or selling excess of local currency</li><li>Implement notional pooling structure</li><li>Support buy/sell entity setup</li></ul>Banking<ul><li>Handle bank account opening and closing process</li><li>Perform KYC, AML, and other legal documentation as required by collaborating with Legal</li><li>Manage user access on banking portals</li><li>Maintain and update bank signatory</li><li>Investigate and resolve bank and payment issues</li><li>Facilitate issuance of bank guarantees worldwide</li><li>Maintain records of all bank guarantees and letters of credit</li></ul>Payment<ul><li>Perform FX settlement including receipt of trade file from FX front office, verifying netting of all trades, calculating net settlement, net settling trades in FXAll, and processing funds settlement</li></ul>Audit and Compliance<ul><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and operational controls related to global cash management, including SOX compliance</li><li>Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors</li><li>Manage bank balance confirmation process</li><li>Perform annual FBAR reporting</li></ul>Accounting<ul><li>Provide information and backup to accounting for month-end and year-end close</li><li>Support month-end close, 10Q/10K reporting for FX and investment</li></ul>Insurance<ul><li>Provide certificate of insurance to vendors, landlords, and customers</li><li>Assist with insurance claims reporting &amp; processing</li></ul>Other<ul><li>Assist with Treasury-related M&amp;A integration</li><li>Support special projects and other duties as needed</li></ul>About YouBasic Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of treasury experience with multi-national companies</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related  </li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of banking and treasury technologies</li><li>Extensive experience and understanding of banking regulations and products</li><li>Excellent communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others</li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills; organized and attentive to details</li><li>Growth mindset and self-motivated with ability to work in a fast -paced and high-growth environment</li><li>Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Finance system proficiency, familiarity with Workday Financials a plus</li></ul> Our Approach to Flexible Work  With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
