At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.About the RoleWe seek a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Consultant skilled at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, mainly internally but with our valued clients as well. Your role involves articulating HiredScores technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients current HR Tech Stack. Youll be instrumental in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.<ul><li>Act as the expert source for all HiredScore integration through the Project implementation, including Pre-sales, Sales, and Post-sale for new and existing clients.</li><li>Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g., ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.).</li><li>Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, etc.).</li><li>Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.</li><li>Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.</li><li>Oversee Minimum Viable Product (MVP) implementations, collaborating with Product and R&amp;D teams to establish processes, templates, and documentation.</li></ul>About YouBasic Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years as a Technical Consultant or similar role working with large enterprises.</li><li>Practical integration background with a good understanding of web architecture and integration systems, including working with industry third-party tools.</li><li>Ability to bridge between Sales and Integration, supporting Pre-sales Activities, enabling the viable must have inputs</li><li>Analytical and process oriented thinking </li><li>Strong verbal and written professional technical communication skills.</li><li>Great teamwork ability - working with many different teams (Product/R&amp;D/Sales/Delivery).</li><li>Build strong collaborative relationships with diverse teams and departments across the company.</li><li>A positive attitude, creative thinking, and love for ownership.</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written English - Verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.</li><li>Occasional Availability and flexibility to work during US business hours.</li></ul>Other Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Data Privacy, and RFP processes.</li><li>Experience at a high-growth company.</li><li>Experience with HR Technology (or other enterprise technologies like ERPs).</li><li>Ability to work with code (Read/Run/Edit existing code), but no self-sufficient coding capabilities are required.</li></ul>Our Approach to Flexible Work  With Hybrid Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
