By combining deep financial expertise with agile execution capacity, the team ensures Finance can scale seamlessly during critical initiatives, transformation programs, and high-volume periods.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a newly developed Finance Transformation Flex Team that provides critical support across strategic initiatives, staff augmentation, and testing programs. This role will be responsible for building and managing a hybrid team of FTEs and contingent resources, ensuring seamless execution of systems testing, planned coverage, and high-volume period support. A key mandate for this role is to establish and lead a highly skilled bench of SMEs who can serve as readiness response teams, deployed rapidly to absorb large, high-speed workloads that directly enable business growth. This leader will ensure that Finance is equipped with the agility and talent needed to scale during critical transformation periods.Key Responsibilities:Staff Augmentation &amp; Coverage<ul><li>Establish a reliable coverage model for planned absences (LOA) and peak workload periods.</li><li>Proactively manage staff augmentation resources, ensuring readiness and knowledge transfer.</li><li>Implement matrix reporting and collaboration with functional managers to streamline approvals and workflow.</li></ul>UAT &amp; Testing Programs<ul><li>Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) across strategic programs including M&amp;A integrations and cyclical processes (OE, compensation cycles, R1 &amp; R2).</li><li>Partner with SMEs to develop test scenarios, maintain documentation, and ensure test quality.</li><li>Manage execution of low- to medium-risk bulk testing scenarios; drive automation opportunities where feasible.</li></ul>High-Volume Processing &amp; Readiness Response<ul><li>Build and lead a pool of highly skilled SMEs trained as readiness response teams to step in during high-speed, large-scale work that accelerates growth.</li><li>Develop and maintain a calendar to anticipate cyclical high-volume periods (e.g., QE, YE) and proactively align coverage.</li><li>Deploy flexible workforce capacity quickly to ensure uninterrupted execution during surges or strategic accelerations.</li></ul>People Leadership &amp; Talent Strategy<ul><li>Build and manage a hybrid workforce of internal FTEs and SMEs, reducing dependency on contingent staff.</li><li>Drive career development and internal mobility opportunities within the Finance Transformation function.</li><li>Foster strong alignment with senior leadership to ensure transparency of roles, priorities, and accountability.</li></ul>About YouRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in Finance, Transformation, or related functions with demonstrated leadership in program delivery.</li><li>Bachelors Degree is required.</li><li>Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing both FTEs and contingent resources.</li><li>Strong background in systems testing, UAT execution, and process transformation.</li><li>Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li>Skilled at navigating organizational ambiguity and aligning stakeholders at senior leadership levels.</li><li>Excellent communication, change management, and people development skills.</li><li>Experience in high-volume financial operations cycles (QE, YE, compensation, M&amp;A integration) strongly preferred.</li><li>A passion for driving efficiency, agility, and cost savings while investing in long-term capabilities.</li><li>The ability to establish a rapid-response SME capability that ensures Finance can absorb large-scale, high-speed work with minimal disruption.</li><li>A solutions-first mindset that balances immediate operational needs with strategic transformation goals.</li><li>The ability to position this team as a trusted partner that provides continuity, coverage, and growth opportunities across Finance.</li></ul> Our Approach to Flexible Work  With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
