If you love building new processes, thrive on creating clarity where none exists, and can tell a story that moves people to act, we’d love to meet you.About YouBasic Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years in Partner enablement &amp; communications for an enterprise SaaS or cloud services company</li><li>4+ Years of experience with digital enablement &amp; communication tools including, but not limited to Email automation platforms such as Staffbase &amp; Marketo; Content Management Systems such as HighSPOT &amp; HubSpot; and other tools such as Smartsheet, G-suite, webinar tools, etc.</li><li>4+ years of successfully leading and influencing cross-functional communication and collaboration.</li></ul>Other Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud services, or B2B tech industry trends.</li><li>Experience supporting partner/channel enablement or go-to-market (GTM) teams.</li><li>Knowledge of change management or organizational communications best practices.</li><li>Proficient in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize communication strategies and drive impactful messaging.</li><li>Ability to develop measurement frameworks for communication effectiveness (e.g., KPIs, engagement metrics).</li><li>Demonstrated success delivering high-quality, scalable communications with speed and precision.</li><li>Skilled at simplifying complex topics into compelling, relevant messaging.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>Effective project manager, able to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in dynamic settings.</li><li>Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with audience segmentation and tailoring messages by role, region, or function.</li><li>Familiarity with agile workflows or experience in highly iterative environments.  </li></ul> Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
