The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, goal driven, an excellent communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>The preparation of customer invoices and invoice adjustments</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing queries</li><li>Create and maintain customer records</li><li>Review customer contracts</li><li>Assist with month-end responsibilities</li><li>Perform tax related tasks (including sales tax end user schedules)</li><li>Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts which includes responding to inquiries resolution of purchase order issues and performance of customer account reconciliations as needed</li><li>Interpret customer contract terms and billing schedules</li><li>Assist in reconciling transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts</li><li>Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records</li><li>Investigate and resolve customer queries</li><li>Special projects as assigned</li></ul>About YouBasic Qualifications<ul><li>3 + years of experience in Financial Operations, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or relevant customer facing experience</li></ul>Other Qualifications<ul><li>Accounting or business degree preferred</li><li>A genuine passion for customer service</li><li>Excellent follow-up skills and interest in seeing issues through to resolution</li><li>Strong analytic and problem-solving skills</li><li>Organized, detail oriented and accurate</li><li>Ability to react quickly to change and implement new processes</li><li>Professional demeanor</li><li>Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management</li><li>Solutions oriented</li><li>Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Continually evaluates processes and seeks to improve operational efficiencies</li></ul> Our Approach to Flexible Work  With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
