With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel for Workday’s new customer growth. We want to make sure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one and forever ongoing.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Dutch Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to Government entities at C-level. You will be responsible for driving new business growth by leveraging your strategic and tactical sales expertise, navigating long sales cycles and European tenders, and collaborating with our reseller network. In this role, you will: <ul><li>Develop strategies for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in the assigned territory within the Dutch Public Sector</li><li>Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment</li><li>Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Large Enterprise Dutch Public Sector prospects and share Workdays value proposition</li><li>Be responsible for developing relationships with net new customers with a focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions</li><li>Negotiate deals with a variety of C-level Government Executives to close opportunities</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data</li></ul>About YouBasic Qualifications <ul><li><div>Fluent in English and Dutch</div></li><li><div>8+ years of proven experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial / Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels across the Dutch Public Sector.</div></li><li>8+ years experience in business development, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.</li><li>5+ years experience in collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to achieve quota and manage multiple deals at once. ​</li><li><div>5+ years experience in managing and winning long sales cycles, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities. </div></li><li>Experience selling based on European tenders and public procurement processes.</li><li>A track record of building long-term client relationships in the Reseller community and Dutch Public Sector.</li></ul> Other Qualifications <ul><li>Proven experience understanding the strategic competitive landscape of the Dutch Public Sector by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts.</li><li>Able to quickly establish trust with key Government stakeholders at C-level and develop long-term relationships within the Reseller community.</li><li>​Prior experience partnering with internal team members on account strategies for short and long term prospecting and territory management.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul> Our Approach to Flexible Work  With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
