You’ll develop and build high-scale services with Node.js and Python, deliver enterprise-scale interfaces with React, and play a key role in advancing our platform’s intelligence with AI agents and prompt engineering.  If you’re energized by working across the stack and excited to build the next generation of AI-integrated enterprise tools, we’d love to talk.    What You’ll Be Doing Backend &amp; Infrastructure  <ul> <li>Develop and implement distributed backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python (e.g., NestJS, FastAPI) </li> <li>Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power client applications </li> <li>Design scalable asynchronous workflows with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or RabbitMQ </li> <li>Ensure systems meet high standards of security, performance, and availability </li> <li>Collaborate on infrastructure strategy, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (Azure preferred) </li> </ul> Frontend Engineering  <ul> <li>Build modern, accessible, and high-performance UI components with React, TypeScript, and Next.js </li> <li>Work closely with Product and UX to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences </li> <li>Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend through thoughtful API design </li> <li>AI &amp; Intelligent Systems (Plus Experience) </li> <li>Contribute to development of AI-driven product features, including autonomous agents, AI chatbots and decision support workflows </li> <li>Collaborate on prompt engineering for LLM-based systems, optimizing reliability and relevance </li> <li>Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph or like build stateful, multi-step AI agents </li> <li>Help bridge traditional application logic with emerging AI workflows in a production-grade environment </li> </ul> Mentorship &amp; Collaboration  <ul> <li>Guide technical decisions and mentor junior engineers </li> <li>Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering OKRs </li> <li>Foster a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement </li> </ul>   What Were Looking For <ul> <li>5+ years in software engineering, with significant full-stack experience </li> <li>Strong backend expertise in Node.js (NestJS, Express) and Python (FastAPI or similar) </li> <li>Deep front-end experience with React, TypeScript, and responsive UI design </li> <li>Hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures </li> <li>Plus: Experience building AI agents, integrating LLMs, or working with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar </li> <li>Bonus: Knowledge of prompt engineering and best practices for interacting with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) </li> <li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset </li> </ul>   Within Your First 6 Months  1 Month:  <ul> <li>Ramp up on our architecture, engineering tools, and agentic development </li> <li>Pair with senior engineers to learn the system and start contributing code </li> </ul> 3 Months:  <ul> <li>Own and develop new features and services end-to-end </li> <li>Help evolve our backend/API and frontend component libraries </li> <li>Participate in roadmap planning and engineering initiatives </li> </ul> 6 Months:  <ul> <li>Serve as a go-to technical leader in full-stack development </li> <li>Master AI and LLM integration efforts within engineering </li> <li>Mentor engineers and help shape our technical culture </li> </ul>   We are a no-ego bunch, and super excited to build an awesome team in a category-creating company together!      OUR VALUES - WE LIVE BY THE 4 Hs   <ul> <li>Humble experts   </li> <li>Hungry for the opportunity   </li> <li>Intellectually honest   </li> <li>Operating as one happy team    </li> </ul> A FEW OF OUR AWESOME BENEFITS  <ul> <li>Generous time Off (25-30 days)  </li> <li>Paid holidays  </li> <li>Additional Health insurance  w/ Bulstrad Life</li> <li>Quarterly All-Hands Meetings  </li> <li>And much more!   We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace committed to building a team culture that celebrates learning, diversity and inclusion.
