Based in the heart of Berlin, with over 300 employees from around the world, we work together to create high-quality casual games with engaging stories at the core of the experience.</div>We’re looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to shape the daily player journey and drive studio-wide alignment around what players should see, feel, and do each day. You’ll be the “director of the day”—crafting each moment to reflect the monthly theme, nudging players toward the meaningful  actions and purchases, and ensuring that the entire team—design, art, marketing, communications and operations—is working from the same script. This role is about more than offers and events. It’s about changing how we think, driving clarity, and ensuring our communication and content deliver real impact every day. What Youll Do <ul> <li>Attract players to engage meaningfully and invest in experiences through creative storytelling and tailored value propositions</li> <li>Manage populations and funnels by matching the right player segments with existing tools and development requests, in order to meet the studios goals and KPIs</li> <li>Own the daily and monthly monetization calendar: what’s the story, what’s the goal, and how do we get players there</li> <li>Direct cross-functional teams to deliver the right features, offers, art, and messaging in sync</li> <li>Lead change in how the team thinks about guiding players—turning plans into clear, actionable focus</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing, community, and CRM to ensure unified and impactful player communication</li> <li>Monitor performance, player behavior, and results to optimize strategy continuously</li> </ul> What Were Looking For <ul> <li>Experience leading monetization or LiveOps in free-to-play mobile games</li> <li>Strong strategic and operational mindset—you see the big picture and execute the details</li> <li>Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive change</li> <li>Excellent communicator who can bring clarity, direction, and purpose to daily work</li> <li>Data-informed, player-first thinking with an eye for commercial impact</li> </ul>  <div>Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement.
