In this role you will be instrumental in building and executing a rapidly evolving multi-year partner programs strategy. Operating within a collaborative team environment you’ll be both the owner and operator of a defined partner program track, first overseeing program development and then transitioning over time to operational excellence and compliance initiatives. The role requires a flexible skill set that can turn strategy into execution, and then shift to continuous improvement as our global partner programs scale. You will be part of a dynamic team that is delivering comprehensive programs which both leverage and strengthen ecosystem partnerships with MSPs. WHAT YOU’LL DO Program Leadership   <ul> <li>Lead strategic partner program development, from ideation through execution, ensuring outcomes are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.</li> <li>Partner with a diverse group of cross functional stakeholders to define and execute multi-year growth strategies via partner program frameworks </li> <li>Define success criteria and KPIs for programs, regularly report progress to leadership, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.</li> <li>Lead complex projects while ensuring effective communication of progress across teams</li> <li>Promote a culture of action, urgency, and collaboration to accelerate delivery in a hyper-growth environment.</li> </ul> <h4>Program Development:</h4> <ul> <li>Design and implement new partner programs, initiatives, and growth models </li> <li>Build and maintain program documentation, partner onboarding, training materials, etc.  </li> <li>Develop program success metrics and define KPIs to measure ongoing performance </li> <li>Lead internal/external program reviews and drive continuous improvement efforts</li> <li>Establish best practices for program scalability and repeatability</li> </ul> <h4>Operational Excellence:</h4> <ul> <li>Establish frameworks, processes, and governance models that drive accountability and transparency</li> <li>Implement operational efficiency improvements and automation initiatives</li> <li>Manage resource allocation, budgets, and program capacity planning</li> <li>Ensure partner programs meet regulatory requirements and internal policies</li> <li>Conduct regular program audits and assessments. </li> <li>Conduct annual operating &amp; capacity planning reviews</li> <li>Implement risk management strategies for partner relationships</li> <li>Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on partner agreements</li> <li>Monitor and report on compliance metrics</li> </ul> WHAT YOU’LL BRING <ul> <li>8+ years of program management experience in Channel/Alliances or individual contribution</li> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and managing partner programs with MSPs, including demonstrated expertise in developing operational frameworks, conducting internal audits, and implementing governance controls for partner ecosystems</li> <li>A teammate and change champion with a bias for action (validated experience of leading others to think and act differently according to business needs)</li> <li>Forward-thinking, results-oriented, values collaboration, self-motivated, and willing to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Proven program and project management acumen with a track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Ability to build content &amp; professional decks in Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Google</li> <li>Experience working on enterprise technology initiatives with business-wide scope and impact</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Enablement and Operations</li> <li>Strong adaptability and ability to adopt to new technologies and methodologies </li> <li>Team player with a collaborative working style</li> <li>High attention to detail, processes, and organization</li> <li>Demonstrated experience presenting detailed and complex go-to-market concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization (e.g., clear and compelling storyteller with accurate insights and well-thought-out recommendations)</li> </ul><div><div><div>Benefits  Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
