In this role, you will report to the Director, WW Partner Solutions Architecture and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the technical business needs of our largest partners. <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with North America partner sales leaders to build strong working relationships with Channel Directors and Partner Managers across the region.</li> <li>Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs) focused on activating and scaling strategic partnerships across North America.</li> <li>Recruit, retain, develop and coach a high-performing team of PSAs to own the technical GTM strategy for their respective strategic partners.</li> <li>Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency.</li> <li>Insert Wiz strategically within partners and help build corresponding services practices.</li> <li>Develop champions by instilling a strong bias towards all things Wiz through strategic evangelization and enablement efforts.</li> <li>Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners for cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.</li> <li>Help partners achieve maximum value from the practices they build around Wiz technology, ensuring long-term joint success.</li> <li>Execute partner programs to build repeatable, scalable practices to the partner maturity journey.</li> <li>Bring strong technical executive presence to represent Wiz with partners </li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul> <li>Proven track record of running technical teams across both regional and global partner ecosystems to develop and execute strategic partner programs and drive outcomes at scale.</li> <li>Deep understanding of go-to-market models, complex organizational structures, and the ability to navigate effectively across multi-layered global organizations.</li> <li>Experience with managed services offerings from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives.</li> <li>Cloud security experience – with hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.</li> <li>Network engineering experience / background.</li> <li>Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge.</li> <li>Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.</li> <li>Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys. </li> </ul> <h2>Bonus Points</h2> <ul> <li>Experience working with resale partners, services partners, Solutions Providers, and Global Systems Integrators.</li> <li>Experience with CNAPP tools and/or cloud infrastructure security.</li> <li>Technical SaaS selling experience.</li> <li>Understanding of the CI/CD process.</li> <li>Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.</li> </ul> <div><div><div>Benefits  Wiz offers a competitive package of benefits and programs to support you and your family.
