We serve brands scaling from $1M to $500M+ in revenue, providing real-time inventory visibility, EDI and purchase order automation, and supply chain intelligence across DTC, wholesale, marketplaces, and retail channels.</p><p>Our clients include brands like Food52, Great Jones, Heyday, Tin Can, Pattern Brands and more-- were growing fast and our nimble team needs your help keeping up!</p><p></p><h2>The Role</h2><p>Youll own the entire customer lifecycle—from the moment someone shows interest in Endless Commerce to when they become a paying customer and active advocate that’s referring new customers. This role is all about standardization, automation where appropriate, and high-touch personalization where it matters most. Youll be the Hubspot expert, the email strategist, and the person who ensures no lead falls through the cracks.</p><p></p><h2>What Youll Own</h2><ul><li><p>Own and optimize the entire Endless CRM (Hubspot), acting as the admin and architect of our deal and contact management</p></li><li><p>Build and manage email campaigns including product release announcements, educational nurture sequences, and event follow-ups</p></li><li><p>Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies that move prospects through the funnel systematically</p></li><li><p>Manage follow-up for all event attendees, demo participants, and content engagers—determining which bucket they go into next and what content they receive</p></li><li><p>Create a referral program and execute on it, including both automated flows and very human, high-touch asks for intros</p></li><li><p>Amplify resources created by the content team through strategic email campaigns and lifecycle touchpoints</p></li><li><p>Balance automation efficiency with personalization—knowing when to automate and when a personal touch will dramatically outperform a template</p></li><li><p>Track and report on lifecycle metrics: email open rates, click-through rates, demo-to-customer conversion rates, and time-to-close</p><p></p></li></ul><h2>Youre a Great Fit If</h2><ul><li><p>You have 3-5+ years of lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations experience</p></li><li><p>Youre a Hubspot power user—you know the platform inside and out</p></li><li><p>You can craft compelling emails that feel personal, not like marketing spam (you have the help of our Content Marketer, our VP of Strategy and our CEO/founder here!)</p></li><li><p>You understand the difference between when to automate and when a human touch is worth the extra effort</p></li><li><p>Youre highly organized and process-oriented, but also creative in how you engage prospects</p></li><li><p>Youre comfortable being hands-on—this isnt just a strategy role; youll be building campaigns, writing emails, and managing the day-to-day</p></li><li><p>You can work cross-functionally with our tiny and nimble sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Logistics</h2><ul><li><p>Full-time, remote position</p></li><li><p>Compensation: $75,000-$125,000 base salary depending on experience</p></li><li><p>Generous vacation policy and paid time off</p></li><li><p>Health, dental, and vision insurance</p></li><li><p>401(k) with company match</p></li><li><p>A collaborative culture that values growth and work-life balance</p></li></ul>
