This role will lead go-to-market efforts, develop key partnerships within the Google CES ecosystem, and drive customer success in modernizing contact centers and transforming customer experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity for a sales leader passionate about cloud contact center solutions and digital transformation.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Lead and scale the Google CES sales practice across target regions and industries</li> <li>Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansion</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in cloud contact center technologies</li> <li>Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with Google CES account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives and market trends</li> <li>Present and demonstrate the value of Google CES to prospects, customers, and partners</li> <li>Cultivate deep relationships with Google and other ecosystem partners to drive joint success and co-selling opportunities</li> <li>Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs in the contact center space</li> <li>Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader go-to-market strategies</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Competencies</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with Google CES)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Google CES and the broader cloud contact center landscape</li> <li>Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills</li> <li>Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiations</li> <li>Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus Competencies</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Google certifications or a deep understanding of the Google ecosystem</li> <li>Familiarity with contact center operations, customer service workflows, and industry best practices</li> <li>Background in partner ecosystem development and co-selling strategies</li> <li>Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools</li> <li>MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></h2> <p><em>At TELUS Digital, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. The range displayed is only the annual base salary. To maintain equity across the business, annual performance bonus targets are determined by job level, not individual circumstances.</em></p> <p><em>Individual base salaries are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons determined during the interview process. Salary bands are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends.
