You will be instrumental in shaping WHOOP’s brand presence through influential talent partnerships and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in expanding WHOOP’s visibility, authenticity, and credibility across global sports and culture.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>The successful candidate must be based in Ireland and should be prepared to travel as needed for the role.</b></div><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Manage and strengthen relationships with WHOOP athletes, talent, and their representatives, ensuring thoughtful and consistent partner engagement.</li><li>Provide day-to-day support for talent and their teams, overseeing product fulfillment, social media deliverables, and proactive relationship management.</li><li>Lead marketing initiatives tied to WHOOP talent and cultural moments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns.</li><li>Oversee the athlete contract lifecycle in partnership with Corporate Counsel, from negotiation to execution and ongoing management.</li><li>Partner with content, creative, and social teams to develop compelling narratives and campaigns highlighting WHOOP through athlete and talent stories.</li><li>Coordinate with country marketing managers to identify partnership opportunities and maintain an up-to-date calendar of relevant events and activations.</li><li>Support operational excellence by creating tools and processes to improve communication and campaign execution across departments.</li><li>Travel to key events and activations as needed, representing WHOOP and maximizing brand visibility through strategic presence and partnerships.</li></ul><h3>QUALIFICATIONS:</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in sports marketing, talent partnerships, brand marketing, or entertainment at a global or consumer-facing brand.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships with talent and talent representatives.</li><li>Strong understanding of the sports, entertainment, and cultural landscape across Ireland and globally.</li><li>Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Comfort with contract structures, negotiations, and ongoing partnership management.</li><li>Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Willingness to travel and support weekend or after-hours events as needed.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.</li><li>Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.</li></ul><div>Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification?
