About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join us on a 4-month contract, supporting our growing team during an active hiring phase. You’ll play a key role in finding, engaging, and hiring top talent for software engineering roles such as Backend Developers and QA Engineers.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hands-on recruiter who enjoys working independently and driving the full-cycle hiring process in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective search strategies.
- Actively source and engage qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent networks.
- Coordinate and guide candidates smoothly through the interview process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate concerns.
- Keep recruitment data organized and up to date in our ATS.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience as a recruiter with a focus on technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in an international and remote environment
- Full working proficiency in English
