The Latin America Financial Planning & Analysis (LAR FP&A) team is responsible for consolidating and analyzing the financial performance of the entire Latin America region, delivering insightful reports to the global corporate team and regional senior leadership.

Our scope includes regional financial closings, historical performance analyses, and the development of monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range (LRP) outlooks. We focus on the key financial statements of the business — Profit & Loss (P&L), Cash Flow, and Working Capital — providing a comprehensive and strategic perspective of both business results and market trends.

The team is dynamic, highly analytical, and business-oriented, with a broad view of the company and the region.

This role in summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the LAR FP&A team.

In this role, you will support the consolidation, analysis, and projection of the region’s financial performance, acting as a key contributor to strategic decision-making processes at both regional and global levels. You will help produce accurate and insightful reports, understand the drivers behind business results, and partner with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and support initiatives that drive the company’s growth and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include

-Analyze and provide insights on the financial performance of the Latin America region, focusing on P&L, Cash Flow, and Working Capital with a strategic perspective.
-Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, presentations, and outlooks (monthly, quarterly, annual, and LRP) for senior regional and global leadership.
-Identify key drivers of financial results, highlighting risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.
-Collaborate with country teams and business leaders to align financial plans with business objectives and provide decision-making support.
-Conduct scenario analysis and ad hoc financial modeling.
-Enhance financial processes, tools, and reports to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
-Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external reporting requirements.

Minimum requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational or regional context.
-Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Working Capital) and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
-Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of distilling complex data into clear insights.
-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across geographies and functions.
-Advanced or fluent English.

Preferred skills and experiences

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
-Advanced proficiency in Data Analytics, Data Lake and Microsoft Excel (including complex financial modeling) and financial reporting tools.
-Advanced or fluent Spanish
