The team you will be part of
We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst, that will be responsible for IT network operations, that includes maintaining and developing all network elements and coordination of the vendor’s support. This position reports to IT Infrastructure Manager and will be also responsible for managing the infrastructure of server rooms at plants and offices.
This role in summary
As an Infrastructure Analyst you will be responsible to ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the network, establishing controls and monitoring capabilities. Measure network operations performance against the set KPIs and take corrective actions to meet them. Participate on RCAs of issues and ensure that documentations and fixes are applied. Have an enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude to take ownership to solve issues. Be collaborative with IT teams and Business stakeholders to understand the changes that impact network and troubleshooting issues.
Your responsibilities will include
Communicate with business and IT stakeholders for the network themes.
Ensure maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center), maintaining high availability, performance, and security.
Conduct and lead specialized technical teams (e.g., Metmox, Move, Liberato), ensuring control over critical Data Center infrastructure.
Lead network infrastructure projects and ensure proper reporting of progress and results.
Plan, communicate and support critical infrastructure changes.
Maintain Network Life Cycle Management, keeping up-to-date inventory and documentation of all network assets.
Manage vendors and its service levels, including telecommunications, cabling contracts and network related services, ensuring KPIs according to SLAs.
Oversee and optimize network infrastructure costs, ensuring cost efficiency.
Conduct procurement processes for network-related services and assets, including technical assessment of vendor proposals and supporting the Procurement team in commercial analysis.
Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
Exp: 5 years in IT with 3+ years of experience in Network role, including practical experience with troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks and Data Center environments.
Expertise of Cisco network equipment (routing/switching), Firewalls (Palo Alto desirable), SD-WAN (Velocloud Edge desirable), and Corporate Wi-Fi (Juniper Mist desirable).
Proficient in ITSM processes (Incident, Change and Problem Management).
Proficient in ServiceNow to attend and perform day-to-day activities.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical teams and leaderships.
Analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting report generation.
Advanced proficiency in English for reading, writing, and conversation.
Experience in coordinating third-party technical support.
Experience in leading infrastructure projects.
Preferred skills and experiences
Certified Network Administration for CISCO.
Experience in usage of monitoring tools Eg. DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics.
