The team you will be a part of

The Finance General team manages the planning and direction of finance process and activities. Activities include the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.

This role in summary

This position leads the Credit function, aligning business growth with risk management. Responsible for team leadership, credit analysis, process governance, and implementation of strategic structures like FIDC or others credit solutions, it acts as a key partner to Sales and ensures sustainable and compliant credit practices.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead and develop the credit team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering technical growth.
  • Act as a business partner to Sales, supporting revenue generation while mitigating financial risks.
  • Analyze and approve credit limits based on customer profiles, financials, and market data.
  • Monitor the credit portfolio, reassessing limits and exposures in line with customer behavior and sales planning.
  • Implement seasonal and strategic credit projects aligned with billing and commercial forecasts.
  • Oversee the structuring and day-to-day management of internal FIDC, ensuring compliance with credit, liquidity, and operational risk policies.
  • Supervise key processes such as Serasa consultations, insurance policy controls, fintech billing partnerships, and interest rate governance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audits and maintaining credit governance.
  • Continuously review and enhance credit policies and procedures based on market trends and best practices.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, risk management, and financial statement review.
  • Strong knowledge of financial indicators, credit decision models, and risk frameworks.
  • Previous experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Risk Management, or related areas.
  • Experience managing FIDC structures or similar credit investment instruments.
  • Experience with credit fintechs plugged on billing process
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced English.
