You will play a crucial role in improving our business performance in France and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our chauffeur community.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Define and implement best practices for acquiring and ensuring quality among Wheely chauffeurs</li> <li>Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey</li> <li>Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline</li> <li>Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall chauffeur experience</li> <li>Act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with our chauffeur community</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements in the sector and ensure that they are met</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering creative solutions</li> <li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using BI tools; SQL proficiency is a plus</li> <li>Experience in working on large-scale recruitment processes with the ability to efficiently source, screen, and qualify high volumes of chauffeurs</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage chauffeurs at scale while maintaining a personalized approach</li> <li>Demonstrated emotional intelligence with a customer-centric approach</li> </ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <p>Wheely expects the very best from our people, both on the road and in the office. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
