We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.</li><li>Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation to ensure that software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices for design and troubleshooting.</li><li>Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.</li><li>Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.</li><li>Deploy new versions of the product to production using automation tools and frameworks (CI/CD pipelines).</li><li>Apply quarterly security patches and continuously monitor the operational performance of all IBM i servers to ensure system stability and reliability.</li><li>Troubleshoot and maintain system configurations across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments, and collaborate with the development team to resolve performance issues and streamline code deployment.</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience</li><li>At least 2-4 years relevant work experience</li><li>Experience with the following technologies:<ul><li>IBM i Operating System</li><li>IBM i, iSeries, AS/400 System Administration experience</li><li>IBM Power Server</li></ul></li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring</li><li>History working on an Agile software development team</li><li>Continuous Delivery/Integration: Rocket LMi, Azure DevOps</li><li>Application Development/Coding/Scripting Experience: SQL, PowerShell</li><li>Hardware Management Console (HMC) configuration and support</li><li>SAN replication methods (IBM FSFC) configuration and support</li><li>Data replication configuration and support (PowerHA, MIMIX, etc.)</li><li>Experience in software development lifecycle automation (DevOps) for IBMi</li><li>SQL &amp; DB performance monitoring &amp; tuning - utilizing tools like iDoctor</li><li>RPG Application development coding and CL coding (develop and support)</li></ul>Job Expectations: <ul><li>Ability to coach others, ensure processes and procedures are up to date and followed</li><li>Dynamic schedule – must be able to work nights/weekends</li><li>Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed</li><li>Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information</li><li>Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time</li></ul>WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
