<div>The Bilingual Sleep Coach is responsible for conducting outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders. Candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.</li><li>Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, or Texas.</li><li>For all offered candidates, the necessary equipment will be shipped to your home before your start date.</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>As a Bilingual Sleep Coach, youll start at $13 per hour.</li><li>After 90 days of successful performance, your rate will increase to $15 per hour. </li><li>After one year at $15 per hour, your rate will increase to $16 per hour. </li></ul>Bilingual Allowance:<ul><li>As a Bilingual Sleep Coach, you are also eligible for an allowance of $3 per hour, which is applicable on all working hours recorded.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate while ensuring patients continued compliance and satisfaction.</li><li>Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters with a target of achieving 80% of orders to include a mask and 75% to include seals.</li><li>Utilize effective outreach strategies to assess patient usage and satisfaction with their equipment thus maximizing patient engagement in the S3 program.</li><li>Verify and update patient records, including insurance details, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions, including promptly returning voicemails within two hours, adhering to high standards of phone etiquette, and fostering positive patient relationships.</li><li>Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders according to client-specific procedures.</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>GED or High School Diploma</li><li>Must be fluent in Spanish and English</li></ul>Job Expectations:<div><ul><li>Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed</li><li>Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information</li><li>Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time</li></ul></div>WellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
