The Account Executive III is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The scope of this job includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and client satisfaction.This is for our Advisory &amp; Outsourced Services team and will focus on net new business in the skilled nursing facility market.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, define, and qualify complex sales opportunities by engaging with mid-to large-sized prospects, with an emphasis on strategic sales, back-to-base selling and significant new business opportunities.</li><li>Proactively identify market trends, industry changes, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies and solutions.</li><li>Track, maintain, and report sales pipeline and account activities in Salesforce, and provide accurate forecasts and performance updates to management.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on assigned clients and deals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of deal status and sales strategy to effectively navigate client relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with strategic partners and sales channels as needed to achieve quotas for closed business and participate in sales forecasting with leadership.</li><li>Achieve quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment set by WellSky.</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience</li></ul>Job Expectations:<ul><li>Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs</li><li>Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed</li><li>Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information</li><li>Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time</li></ul>#LI-KL2#LI-RemoteWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
