About this role:<ul><li>Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Operations Senior Manager</li></ul> In this role, you will:<ul><li>Manage and develop teams of analysts, associates, and less experienced managers in roles that provide technical services and support for the relevant supported systems</li><li>Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers in order to engineer projects, identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing systems</li><li>Identify and recommend opportunities for administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system, as well as the periodic system review</li><li>Perform network assessments, security audits, and system enhancement consultations</li><li>Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Systems Operations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables</li><li>Interpret and develop policies and procedures, and understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported system area</li><li>Provide implementation support for key risk initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, analysts, or associates</li><li>Ensure the Systems Operations team communicates with customers to keep them informed of incident progress, and notify them of impending changes or agreed outages</li><li>Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Systems Operations</li><li>Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>6+ years of Systems Engineering and Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li><li>3+ years of Management experience</li></ul> Job Expectations:<ul><li>Responsible for managing Fraud &amp; Claims platforms covering technology landscape.</li><li>Manage technology vulnerabilities for all of the applications in the LOB.</li><li>Strong knowledge on Windows and Linux Systems Administration and managed teams in the same area.</li><li>Implement Site Reliability Engineering in the environments supported by the group.</li><li>Year on Year efficiency implemented in delivery and operating model</li><li>Accountability &amp; responsibility over deliveries - Platform Upgrades / Migration, Automation &amp; Instrumentation, Resiliency &amp; Performance Improvement, Process Adherence &amp; Improvement, Efficient Decision Making with Partnership / Stakeholder Management</li><li>Production &amp; Platform support involves being on standby for providing 24x7 support &amp; responsible to maintain high availability of the systems &amp; applications</li><li>Responsible for Change &amp; Release Management by being a gatekeeper and ensuring change/release issues are controlled through early engagement and efficient reviews</li><li>Support the most complex technical issues &amp; initiatives (Upgrade/Tech Refresh) for large-scale applications/systems/databases/other technical products/services.</li><li>Development of technical support strategies &amp; plans / Automation &amp; Instrumentation to enable efficiency in restoration &amp; stability</li><li>Works on complex problems, debugging &amp; propose solutions where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of complex business problems.</li><li>Directs gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware, software and tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets</li><li>Perform complex migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations</li><li>Perform Problem Management by identifying recurring/chronic issues, identify improvement areas &amp; implement innovative/viable solutions that can result in operational efficiency/benefits.</li><li>Provides the ongoing operational support for the ETL platform &amp; nightly batch jobs assuring application health &amp; scheduled data loads / workarounds on time</li><li>Evaluate SLA, identifies gaps, suggest changes to assure supporting SLAs.</li><li>As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff</li><li>Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain</li><li>Ability to handle constantly changing priorities, remain productive and be able to multitask effectively during busy times</li><li>Efficient communication with application stakeholders about application availability &amp; platform updates including any application outages, issues, failures, availability delays etc.</li><li>Ready to work in shift hours that spans between 6 AM to 10:30 PM IST &amp; should be ready to work on weekends.</li></ul>Posting End Date: 22 Oct 2025*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
