About this role:Wells Fargo is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join the EMEA CIB Product &amp; Strategic Delivery Team (P&amp;SD). This team plays a crucial role in driving transformative change within CIB Wholesale Operations. The position entails supporting Operations in implementing both technical and non-technical changes. The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Project Management division in P&amp;SD and various departments such as Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration of changes throughout the business change lifecycle.Having experience in leading operational projects in an Investment Banking environment is beneficial for this role, along with recognized qualifications in Business Analysis and Wholesale Investment Operations. Candidates with a track record of success and in-depth expertise in settlements will be given strong consideration for this opportunity.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Be responsible for Situation Investigation and Problem Analysis, Feasibility Assessments, Business Case Development, Process and Service Improvement, Business Acceptance Testing, Business Change Deployment and Requirements Definition.</li><li>Run discovery, elicitation and design workshops with stakeholders at varying levels to ensure problem statements are fully understood, that requirements are holistic and that they are documented to the highest standards).</li><li>Define and document requirements and user stories using Jira as prescribed by the team and run appropriate meetings to validate the artefacts produced prior to signoff.</li><li>Undertake gap analysis across a given operating model.</li><li>Support Idea generation.</li><li>Produce dashboards to monitor user story and testing progress as prescribed by the team</li><li>Document test scenarios and create tests packs.</li><li>Display a high degree of stakeholder management and analysis.</li><li>Support the project manager when required to do so.</li><li>Identify, analyse and manage risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating as necessary and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines.</li><li>Build relationships and influence Internal and external stakeholders to help navigate Wells Fargo move towards the it future state in line with the firm strategy and business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver optimal solutions.</li><li>Maintain up to date working knowledge of the industry and ensure that the organization’s interests are considered.</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Experience working within financial services specialising in Capital Markets.</li><li>Be familiar with both the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the broader Business Change Life Cycle (BCLC).</li><li>Experience of Investment Operations and the trade Lifecycle demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.</li><li>Exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Resilient, organised with a high degree of attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent documentation skills ensuring traceability of the delivery back to requirements.</li><li>Experience documenting testing strategies, coordinating testing efforts across multiple platforms and business functions, capturing and documenting UAT results, creation of test scripts and managing and communicating progress.</li><li>Ability to identify the root cause of problems and propose solutions resulting in clear options and recommendations that can be considered to address the issues identified.</li><li>Experience working within both waterfall and agile methods of project delivery.</li><li>Aptitude to structure multiple tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints.</li><li>Flexibility to manage multiple distinct work streams simultaneously.</li><li>Fluent in the following applications: All MS Office Application and Agile Enterprise Jira, and Confluence.</li><li>Qualifications in Business Analysis and Investment Operations will be considered preferable for this role.  </li></ul>Posting End Date: 25 Sep 2025*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
