About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Fraud &amp; Claims Operations Representative in Transactions &amp; Processing as part of Consumer &amp; Small Business Banking Operations. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at <a href="https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/" target="_blank">wellsfargojobs.com</a>.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Support team performance in identifying control failures in bank processes, procedures, customer, or colleague decisions</li><li>Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within fraud and claims functional area</li><li>Perform complex operational tasks, including review, verification, and identification of customer transactions to detect and prevent fraud, policy violations or resolve merchant disputes in order to mitigate and recover losses</li><li>Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff</li><li>Interact with fraud and claims functional area on a wide range of information as well as with external customers</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>18+ months of customer service, financial services, fraud, or investigations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with ADCC (ATM/Debit Card Claims) Fraud claims management</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo Disputes Automated Tracking (DAT), Claims 2.0 application</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding Regulation E</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of VISA operating rules and chargeback guidelines</li><li>Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities</li><li>Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of consumer credit disputes</li><li>Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills</li></ul>Job Expectations:<ul><li>Start date: January 5, 2026</li><li>Mandatory Training will begin on your first day: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST (Must be able to attend the full duration of the training)</li><li>Working Schedule: Monday - Friday working between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM MST</li><li>Ability to work additional hours based on business needs</li><li>This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.</li></ul>Posting Location(s):<ul><li>2850 S Price Road Chandler, AZ</li><li>Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the addresses listed in the posting but will have the option to work from home on a hybrid model schedule</li></ul>Posting End Date: 30 Oct 2025*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
