<p><b>About this role:</b></p><p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist as a part of the <b>Wholesale Lending Operations Division</b>.</p><p>Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.</p><p><br /><b><b>In this role, you will:</b></b></p><ul><li>Complete pre-close and post-close documents for the most complex commercial real estate loans</li><li>Coordinate loan closings, perform customer, loan and regulatory diligence and on-going portfolio maintenance</li><li>Evaluate and upload data into the systems of record</li><li>Research complex business and operational decisions</li><li>Review and prepare loan related documents</li><li>Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements</li><li>Provide guidance and training to peers and may have limited supervisory responsibilities</li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</li><li>Interact with internal and external customers</li><li>Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements</li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Required Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li>5+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Desired Qualifications:</b></b></p><ul><li><span>Strong knowledge of lease and loan products, including documentation, funding requirements, and regulatory compliance.</span></li><li><span>Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to accurately review and process complex financial documents.</span></li><li><span>Experience in deal closing operations, preferably in commercial lending, equipment finance, or leasing environments.</span></li><li><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of compliance and risk management practices related to lending and leasing operations.</span></li><li><span>Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and support.</span></li><li><span>Team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to process improvements.</span></li></ul><p><br /><b><b>Job Expectations:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>2329 Central Ave NE, </span><span>MINNEAPOLIS, MN 55418</span></p></li><li><p>Hybrid work schedule three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Pay Range</b><br /> </p><p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
