<p><b><span>About this role:</span></b></p><p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the <span>Commercial Banking Operations Strategy and Deliverable Team</span>.</p><p><br /><b><span>In this role, you will:</span></b></p><ul><li>Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics</li><li>Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work</li><li>Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations</li><li>Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables</li><li>Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business</li><li>Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business</li><li>Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management</li><li>Provide work direction to less <span>experienced Strategy</span> and Execution staff</li><li><span>Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives</span></li><li><span>Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate</span></li><li><span>Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance</span></li><li><span>Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations</span></li><li><span>Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business groups functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans</span></li><li><span>Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives</span></li><li><span>Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group</span></li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Required Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>5+ years of <span>Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning</span> experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li><li>3+ years of loan accounting and/or LoanIQ experience</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Desired Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Project manager experience</li><li>Experience collaborating and consulting with business partners and leaders to drive strategic initiatives</li><li>Experience communicating with senior and executive level leadership</li><li>Experience communicating and delivering enhancements to various operations groups</li><li>Advance MS Office experience including strong PowerPoint skills</li><li>Experience creating PowerPoint decks that tell a story and are used for decision making</li><li>Experience performing assessments and fact finding</li><li>Experience making decisions in complex situations</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Job Expectations:</span></b></p><ul><li>Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote</li><li>This position may be located at one of the posted locations listed below</li></ul><p><b><span>Location: </span></b></p><ul><li>1525 W WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC</li><li>600 S 4th St Minneapolis, MN </li><li>401 Las Colinas Blvd W, Irving, TX</li><li>7711 Plantation Rd, Roanoke, VA</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Pay Range</b><br /> </p><p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
