Explore opportunities with us for a career in a supportive environment where you can learn and grow In this role, you will:<ul><li>Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation</li><li>Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies</li><li>Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions</li><li>Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies</li><li>Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions</li><li>Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings</li><li>Manage the most complex and critical information assets</li><li>Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security</li><li>Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness</li><li>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</li><li>Lead projects and teams</li><li>Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks</li><li>Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</li></ul> Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning</li><li>5+ years of information technology experience</li><li>5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience</li><li>2+ years of change management experience</li><li>Demonstrated Identity and Access Management knowledge and experience</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of operation workflows/processes</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains</li><li>Risk analysis and quantification experience</li><li>Client relationship management experience</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to interact with all levels of an organization</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development</li><li>Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships</li><li>Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions</li><li>Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities</li><li>Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Visio skills</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint</li><li>Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources</li><li>Ability to present to multiple levels of management</li></ul>Posting End Date: 27 Aug 2025*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
