The GPL Internship is a 10-week program focused on gaining experience and exposure to Global Payments &amp; Liquidity. The program will promote professional development and business skills growth through on-the-job experience, formal in-person and virtual training and exposure to the organization’s senior leaders.</p><p></p><p><b>In the Global Payments &amp; Liquidity Internship, you will: </b></p><p>Immerse yourself in Global Payments &amp; Liquidity business areas to acquire diverse experiences and insights while identifying a post-internship career track that aligns to your long-term goals and interests. You may be placed in sales or product, and will spend your summer building key skills through activities such as:</p><ul><li>Participate in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of payments &amp; liquidity transactions as an active member of a deal team</li><li>Conduct due diligence and analyze financial statements that support payments &amp; liquidity recommendations</li><li>Leverage market, industry, and company research and analysis along with product knowledge to ensure the success of business development efforts</li><li>Work with teams on a variety of tasks, including compliance and risk management responsibilities</li><li>Provide information to colleagues and managers in support of completion of deliverables, resolution of issues, and help deliver business initiatives, communications, and other materials to internal stakeholders and clients</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Interns can be placed in either Sales or Product for their summer placement.</b></p><ul><li><b>Sales</b>: The GPL Sales organization provides innovative solutions that allow companies to manage their financial operations, including systems and services related to liquidity, treasury management, and payment processing.  The Sales internship placement offers a dynamic and hands-on experience supporting sales teams in developing skills essential for future success in client-facing roles. Interns will learn the end-to-end sales process, including portfolio management, proposal development/delivery, and collaboration with internal partners</li><li><b>Product</b>: Product Management owns the payment and liquidity products sold to GPL customers. Ownership includes the P&amp;L, growth strategy, target market, value proposition and risks of each product.
