We’re looking for an Onboarding &amp; Enablement Specialist who will deliver an exceptional first-year employee experience, combining human connection with AI-powered efficiency. They will design and facilitate high-touch onboarding for the first 90 days, maintain key touchpoints through the first year, introduce new hires to AI tools, and use AI-driven insights to continuously improve onboarding processes, materials, and engagement in partnership with teams across the business. Their AI-focus will not be limited to efficiency, but will also include delivering interactive AI experiences, resulting in a true AI-first onboarding program. The Onboarding &amp; Enablement Specialist will run the new hire experience from employee day one through their first year anniversary, with the majority of support for the first 90 days.
